What affects the price
— Width & walls fitted. Cost scales with linear metres of fit-out — walk-ins multiply it across several walls.
— Internal fit-out. Drawer banks, shoe racks and accessory trays cost much more than plain shelves and rails.
— Doors. Internals-only is cheapest; sliding, mirrored and custom hinged doors add several hundred dollars a panel.
— Materials & finish. Standard white melamine is the baseline; woodgrain board, polyurethane and mirrored finishes add cost.
— Site conditions. Out-of-square walls, cornices, skirting and old robe removal all add fitting time.
