What affects the price

Area. Total m² of wall and ceiling is the core driver of the price.
Walls versus ceilings. Overhead work is slower and often needs two people or lifting equipment.
Removal of old plaster. Stripping old sheets or hard plaster and disposing of the waste adds meaningfully to the job.
Finish level. A level 5 finish for gloss paint or strong side-light takes extra setting and sanding.
Access & ceiling height. Stairwells, raked ceilings and heights above 3 m slow the work down.

Tips before you post

Sagging or water-stained ceilings should be checked promptly — a sagging ceiling can collapse without warning.
Ask what finish level is quoted; cheap quotes often mean fewer setting coats.
Bundle small repairs into one visit — the minimum charge dominates tiny jobs.
