What affects the price

Extent of movement. The number of piers or injection points needed is the core cost driver.
Method. Resin injection has less excavation and disruption; traditional concrete piers suit deeper or heavier corrections.
Soil type & footing depth. Reactive clay and deep stable-soil layers mean deeper, more expensive piers.
Access. Tight side access, paving and internal work (through floors) slow excavation dramatically.
Engineering & approvals. Geotechnical reports, structural design and building approval add cost before work starts.

Tips before you post

Underpinning is structural work — it needs a structural engineer's design and, in most states, building approval.
Fix the cause first: broken drains, poor stormwater and thirsty trees near footings are behind most subsidence.
If the movement is recent, check whether your home insurance covers investigation or rectification before paying.
