Single garage, plain epoxy$800$1,900
Double garage, flake finish$2,200$3,900
Large area or premium system$4,500$9,500

What affects the price

Coating system. Plain epoxy is cheapest; flake mid-range; metallic and high-build polyurethane systems cost the most.
Floor area. Larger areas cost more in total but usually get a sharper per-m² rate.
Concrete condition. Cracks, old paint, oil stains and moisture issues all need fixing before coating.
Preparation method. Diamond grinding costs more than acid etching but bonds far better and lasts longer.
Edges & details. Steps, plinths and coving up walls add hand work beyond the flat area.

Tips before you post

Ask specifically whether the floor will be diamond ground — it's the biggest predictor of a coating that lasts.
Oil-stained garage floors need degreasing and sometimes extra primer; point stains out at quote time.
Allow several days before parking on a new coating — full cure takes longer than touch-dry.
