Large decorative or epoxy area$6,000$12,000

What affects the price

Area size. Bigger areas cost more overall but usually attract a lower per-m² rate.
Coating system. Grind-and-seal is cheapest, spray-on mid-range, epoxy and decorative overlays the dearest.
Slab condition. Cracks, spalling and stains need repair and extra prep before coating.
Pattern & colours. Multiple colours, stencils and borders add labour over a single plain finish.
Site access. Steep driveways and tight access slow the prep and spraying work.

Tips before you post

Resurfacing only works on structurally sound concrete — badly cracked slabs need replacement instead.
Ask what preparation is included; grinding and crack repair is where cheap quotes cut corners.
Choose a UV-stable sealer for driveways or the colour can fade within a few years.
