What affects the price

Job type. A simple realignment costs far less than a new antenna with fresh cabling.
Roof height & access. Two-storey homes and steep roofs take longer and may need extra safety gear.
Extra TV points. Each additional wall point adds cable runs and labour, typically $100–$200 per point.
Signal area. Weak-signal areas may need a higher-gain antenna or amplifier to get a reliable picture.
Cabling condition. Old or water-damaged coaxial cable often needs replacing before reception improves.

Tips before you post

Ask the technician to test signal strength at every point before and after the work.
If only one TV has problems, the fault is often the cable or point, not the antenna.
