What affects the price

Which service. Cleaning, repair, tinting, shutters and installation are entirely different price brackets.
Number and size of windows. All five services scale with how many openings you have and how big they are.
Access and storeys. Second-storey and hard-to-reach glass adds ladder or platform time to any window job.
Materials and glazing. PVC versus basswood shutters, ceramic versus dyed tint, and single versus double glazing all shift the price.
Made-to-measure lead times. Shutters and replacement windows are custom-made, so odd sizes and colours cost more.

Tips before you post

Get the price per window or per m² in writing so you can compare quotes across different-sized jobs.
Quality ceramic window tint costs more than dyed film but rejects far more heat without bubbling.
If windows are fogging between panes, the sealed unit has failed — the glass unit can often be replaced without a whole new frame.
